Griffith Park Cocktails

Griffith Park Sparkling Wines are great for producing wonderful cocktails. Mix with your favourite spirits, fruits and liquors to produce something special. Cool refreshing and something to get your taste buds tingling, try some of our cocktail recipes!

Chill, stir or shake and pour over ice and enjoy!


1 cube sugar
Angostura bitters
Chilled Griffith Park Sparkling Rose

Soak sugar cube with a couple of good splashes of Angostura bitters and place in the bottom of a large champagne flute.

Fill slowly with Griffith Park Sparkling Rose. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The perfect drink for that elegant cocktail party you’ve always dreamed of throwing.

1 measure of brandy
½ measure of Grand Marnier
4 measures of Griffith Park Sparkling Rose

Place an ice cube into a chilled Champagne flute. Pour over it the brandy and Grand Marnier. Top with Griffith Park Sparkling Rose and garnish with a lemon twist.

1 measure Cognac
½ measure Fraise de Bois
½ measure lemon juice
1 dash orange bitters
2 strawberries, hulled and chopped
Sugar syrup, to taste
3 measures Griffith Park Sparkling Rose
½ measure Grand Marnier
Strawberry wedge and mint sprig, to decorate

Put the Cognac, Fraise de Bois, lemon juice, bitters and strawberries into a cocktail shaker with some sugar syrup to taste. Shake and strain into a Champagne glass. Top up with Griffith Park Sparkling Rose and pour the Grand Marnier over the top. Decorate with a strawberry wedge and mint sprig.

4 parts chilled Griffith Park Sparkling Rose
1 part wood-aged Port
1 orange peel

Pour Griffith Park Sparkling Rose into a champagne flute. Slowly pour in the port, but do not stir. Twist an orange peel over the top (flame the peel for a little extra show and flavour).

½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon Curacao
Thin slice of orange
Chilled Griffith Park Sparkling Rose

Half fill a large goblet with cracked ice. Add lemon juice, Curacao and orange slice. Stir and fill glass with Griffith Park Sparkling Rose. Stir again gently.

Several drops Pernod
1 tablespoon Cognac
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons Curacao
Griffith Park Sparkling Rose

Add the Pernod drops to a Champagne saucer, turn to coat the inside of the glass. Pour in the Cognac. Soak the sugar in the Curacao until the sugar has dissolved, then add to the Cognac and stir gently. Fill the glass with Griffith Park Sparkling Rose.
